About the Venue:
Different Agency Studios is a premium studio space in Alexandria, already known for hosting content shoots, campaigns and productions — and now open for private event hire.
Your booking is exclusively yours for the time you've hired it — no other events running alongside yours, no shared floor time. We host all forms events; such as birthdays, engagements, hens and baby showers with the same set-up as brand activations, retail showings, corporate events, masterclasses and press days. Bring your occasion and the space is yours to decorate.

A private space for the celebrations worth doing properly. Our Studio provides an intimate setting rather than a cavernous function hall — big enough to bring your full guest list together, small enough that it still feels personal and doesn't swallow a smaller gathering.
Bring your own caterer, stylist and playlist, or use our furniture and props to celebrate in style. The space can be set to how you desire. Our bedroom set often makes the perfect area to house food and drinks, or others prefer to keep it as a designated games area, which leaves the rest of the venue as a dance floor. Whether it's a 30th birthday, an engagement party, a hens, or a baby shower, our studio is yours to style exactly how you picture it — and it photographs beautifully, however you set it up.

Brand Activations, Product Launches, Team Offsites & Workshops
Few venues can move between such different types of corporate bookings the way this one does. One week it's set up for a product launch, the next it's reconfigured for a team offsite, a workshop, or an internal planning day — the same space, doing something completely different each time.
That range is the real strength here: staff meetings away from the office, client masterclasses, brand activations, and full product launches all run through the studio, just laid out differently depending on the brief.
We’ve designed the studio to be able to shift from a seated environment to a standing activation with ease.

A private space for pop-ups, retail activations, VIP previews and media days — set up to feel considered rather than crowded. The intimate scale works in your favour here: guests get real one-on-one time with product, stylists, or your team, without the room ever feeling overrun or turning into a queue.
Bring your own merchandising, styling and signage to shape the space around the collection or campaign you're launching, and use the existing sets as a ready-made backdrop for content on the day. It suits a tightly curated guest list far better than a large retail floor or shared event space ever could.

The Venue:This is the venue by day. All furniture and decor pieces are yours to style and place exactly how you’d like.
The venue is spread across 169 square metres, featuring high ceilings, concrete floor, mood lighting and plenty of space for a DJ, catering, event staff, a dance floor, decor and additional furniture.
Depending the time of day your event is, the studio features incredible natural light throughout the day. For evening occasions, we offer complementary lamps and LED candles to be scattered throughout the studio so your event feels intimate.
Want it styled a certain way? We'll work with you beforehand on how you’d like the studio to be set (or cleared) for your special occasion. You are welcome to bring your own décor, furniture, lighting or sound to integrate throughout the space.
The point: you're not renting a "styled" venue that's locked into one aesthetic. You're renting a finished, professional space that becomes whatever your event needs it to be.

Getting here by Public Transport:
Waterloo metro is a short 2 minute walk
